Lady Gaga is one hot fashion hit and miss. The “Born This Way” hitmaker is known for her ostentatious red carpet fashion, from wearing a meat dress to a walking-talking Kermit the frog. As crazy as one might think she is, her fashion antics made her a bonafide fashion icon.

When actor Taylor Kinney popped the question to Mother Monster on Valentine’s Day, fashion designers began sending Gaga congratulatory notes and air-kisses became competitive. Tongues began wagging and the question on everyone’s mind, Who would design the dress for the wedding?

“It will be totally for Taylor,”  Gaga exclusivley told WWD of her wedding dress. “It’s all about my man. I haven’t really thought about anything specific yet but whatever it is, it will be totally for him.”

WWD asked some high profile designers to design a dress they fancy for Lady Gaga, the Mother Monster of everything outrageous, scandalous, fantastical, and majestic.

On Wednesday, WWD released 36 sketches of wedding regalia submitted by the world’s most famous designers, exclusively for the “bride of the decade”. And Lady Gaga was SPEECHLESS!

Browse through the photos below and head over to WWD for the rest. Prepare to be stunned!

Woman on Top: Taylor Swift Tops Maxim’s Hot 100 List 2015

Taylor Swift is having a fit. No, she is not complaining. At this year’s Billboard music award, she swept the board, winning eight of the 14 categories in which she was nominated, and kissed Calvin Harris four times. The girl is on a roll! I mean, her album, aptly titled 1989, is the biggest selling album in the US chart for 2014, her super-hyped Bad Blood video is breaking some serious ass, and what is there to complain if you just been named the hottest woman on the planet? AT least, for Maxim Magazine, she is!

The newly-revamped men’s magazine is doing sexy thingy in a different level. It means goodbye to those sexy women in bikinis and enough masturbatory mood for men everywhere.

Newly-appointed editor-in-chief Kate Lanphear is changing the game for Maxim and the world of men’s magazine. She was hired to the position last September and faced a daunting task — using her background in women’s fashion to sell a men’s magazine.

“Celebrating sexiness is the essence of the brand. We’re not going to change that, but I think we can experiment with how we show sexiness,” Maxim’s editor-in-chief Kate Lanphear told CBS.

“I think it’s a great testament to the rebrand that we can attract people of Taylor’s caliber,” says Lanphear, she also added, “Taylor was chosen based on her accomplishments and I was determined to have someone whose talent really transcended their beauty.”

The Maxim June/July 2015 issue marks Swift’s first appearance on the cover of a men’s magazine. It also includes a hot list of the most famous women in entertainment and fashion including Dakota Johnson, Joan Smalls, Emilia Clarke, Lupita Nyong’o and Italian actress Monica Bellucci, marking the first time a 50-year-old has been included.

Sarah Jessica Parker teases for a third Sex and the City movie!

Carrie-on???

Is it too early to say Carrie-on? But, at least for now, there’s more reason to run in Manolo’s and cheers our cosmos!

Sarah Jessica Parker recently posted a photo of herself looking very Carrie Bradshaw-esque leaving her millions of Instagram followers in pandemonium. The actress was seen carrying a Bloomingdale’s bag (Carrie is big fan of Bloomingdales!) and wearing a skin-tight white dress which is very similar to Carrie Bradshaw’s promo pic in Sex and the City 2.

SJP captioned the image: “Well. I guess the cat’s out of the (little brown) bag. As usual, we will keep you posted on every detail as we are able. I’m under strict gag order until then. Xx, Sj.”

What do you think? Are the ladies planning a fashionable comeback?

Eat your heart out Beyonce and Kim Kardashian!

When Rihanna stepped out of her limo and made her way on the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in an imperial yellow, fur-trimmed brocade coat embroidered with scrolls of flora, and a dramatic train that could go on forever, jaws dropped and for a mere 15 minutes, Vogue website was down.

But tongues are wagging on how did she end up owning that dress?

In an interview with Vanity Fair, the pop superstar revealed a cheeky detail about her dress, ““I’m so in love with this dress, but the train is insane!”

“I can’t really walk in it without any help—but it’s so worth it. I love this dress so much! It’s Chinese couture and it’s made by Guo Pei. It’s handmade by one Chinese woman and it took her two years to make. I found it online.”

“I was researching Chinese couture on the Internet and I found it,” she said.

Riri was one of the few attendees at this year’s Met Gala to wear a Chinese designer and stayed true to this year’s theme “China: Through the Looking Glass”.

But who is the designer behind this elaborate couture creation?

Guo Pei, is the go-to designer for Chinese superstars like Li Bingbing and Zhang Ziyi and she has been in the couture business in China for 30 years now. She has been profiled by The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times Magazine, and even compared by Cathy Horyn to Charles James, the American couturier who was the subject of last year’s Costume Institute exhibit.

The Chinese couturier has two dresses being exhibited at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Her “Magnificent Gold” dress took 50,000 hours to make, while her “Blue and Porcelain” dress  took 10,000 hours, are both on display at the Met.

Donatella Versace in the new campaign for Givenchy.

Riccardo Tisci, the creative director of French label Givenchy surprises everyone when he shared a preview on Instagram a black and white photo of him shadowing in the background with  Donatella Versace, the owner and creative director, of what else, Versace! It created a fashion buzz when he captioned the image  “So proud and honored to introduce my new ultimate icon: Donatella Versace… FW15 Givenchy Family Campaign [sic],”.

The  pair was captured by Mert & Marcus with styling by Carine Roitfeld.

It turns out the Versace matriarch has been tapped  to star in Givenchy’s Fall 2015 campaign. No surprise there! They’ve been friends forever and Riccardo always goes for a different direction every season. Since taking the helm at Givenchy, the designer made some surprising turns with the brand’s advertising campaigns featuring a transgender, albino models and most recently, Julia Roberts.

Earlier this year, pop superstar Rihanna was named as the new brand ambassador and creative director of PUMA. The singer signed on for a multi-year contract with the German athleticwear label and will also front the Fall 2015 campaign.

After months of banging our heads in anticipation for the brand’s first campaign, it surely didn’t disappoint. Puma posted the first image of the campaign on social media with Rihanna flaunting her midriff while wearing sportswear from the brand including its latest sneaker, the Pulse XT.

“An icon who does it all needs a shoe that can keep up.” And so it goes….

It is hardly unlikely that anyone worth their cheap reality shows viewing adventures are taking notes on how to become famous for being famous, then turned it into a lucrative family business. Notes: The Kardashian family ruled the social media circuit.

Reality star turned model-of-the-moment Kendall Jenner, lands the May 2015 cover of GQ Magazine. The social media star  talks about her modelling career, constant paparazzi frenzy and her soon-to-be-father/mother- Bruce Jenner. She wears a white Adriana Degreas bikini and Calvin Klein denim jacket in the photos snapped by Steven Klein.

Who cares if Robert Pattinson is getting married? Yes, Kristen Stewart’s former flame and Twilight heartthrob is rumored to have gotten engaged to a musician aptly named, FKA Twigs. The actress already moved on and has found solace in working out of the spotlight that accompanied her high-profile relationship. And for 2015, the actress is getting a lot of attention in the fashion world.

No one can stop the girl from becoming a fashion favorite of Karl Lagerfeld. Just a few weeks ago, Chanel released its Spring 2015 handbag campaign featuring Kristen Stewart with the 11.12 bag which features the iconic double C fastening.

The 24-year-old Twilight Saga star has been signed up to model Chanel’s sunglasses and opticals range for spring/summer 2015.

Glamour Magazine pull out all the stops for its May 2015 issue. The fashion magazine brings together the triumvirate of female power and style, First Lady Michelle Obama and actresses Kerry Washington and Sarah Jessica Parker, for a photo shoot with famed photographer  Patrick Demarchelier.

The trio had known each other and been friends for years while working for the President’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities. Though Glamour is a fashion magazine, they gathered not to talk about fashion, but to spread a crucial message in helping women in the armed forces including veterans and military wives.

Joining forces for a cause!

The First Lady has long been an advocate for veterans, primarily through Joining Forces , an initiative she launched in 2011 with Second Lady Dr. Jill Biden, whose sons have served in the Army National Guard and the Navy Reserve, which supports each military families through wellness, education, and employment programs. Washington’s father served in the military before she was born, and Parker has many friends in uniform.

Marion Cotillard never had a bad fashion moment! The Academy-award winning actress reprises her role as the face of Lady Dior for the brand’s latest campaign for Spring 2015. The stunning photographs were captured by Peter Lindbergh and feature a futuristic theme as she models the brand’s new Lady Dior bag- showcasing a chic, structured design that features kitschy Dior hardware on the handle.

The French actress has been the face of Lady Dior handbags – a one-time favorite of Princess Diana – since 2008. Since becoming a brand ambassador, Marion’s been particularly faithful to Dior on the red carpet- wearing only the iconic house’s couture creations for the most high-profile events.

She has been the face of Lady Dior since 2008.

In a more exciting news, WWD reports that the star is partnering with Chopard on a collection of sustainable jewelry, which will be the first of its kind for the luxury jewelry brand.
